Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Member Success Technical Support specialist to assist Members and Customers with technical issues. You will gain hands-on experience with server administration, desktops, networking, and business applications.

You will help troubleshoot problems, deliver strong customer service, and build foundational skills across Linux, Windows Server, and Mac environments while supporting the iVUE ecosystem and related modules.

Qualifications
