Responsibilities

Receives multi-tier support calls and logs trouble tickets.
Provides remote support for off-site customers.
Analyzes SIL needs and engineers solutions based on software requirements.
Performs hardware installation, wiring, and server/PC maintenance.
Installs desktop OS and patches; conducts advanced LAN troubleshooting.
