Job summary

The Goddard School in Pennsylvania is seeking an Entry-Level Teacher's Aide to join a caring, energetic team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting classrooms with infants to 6-year-olds in a safe, nurturing environment.

No prior childcare experience is required; we provide training. You will assist teachers, help with daily routines, and contribute to children's social and emotional development while building a solid foundation for future teaching careers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Love for children and a nurturing personality.
• Dependable, punctual, flexible, and a team player.
• Able to meet Pennsylvania childcare background check, clearance, and health requirements.
• Safely lift up to 50 lbs, including lifting infants.

The Goddard School is looking for a caring, energetic, and dependable Teacher's Aide to join our team!

No prior childcare experience is required — we will train the right person!

You'll work alongside experienced teachers in our classrooms, helping care for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment.

Compensation
