What you'll do here:

As a Seasonal Entry Level Tax Preparer, you will:

• Conduct face-to-face tax interviews with clients.
• Prepare accurate tax returns, including multiyear and multistate forms.
• Assist clients with IRS audit support.
• Complete e-filing and provide printed copies for review.
• Generate business growth and increase client retention by offering additional products and services.
• Ensure compliance with policies, legislation, and regulations.
• Handle client payments and deposits promptly.
• Engage in marketing and business development efforts.
• Provide clients with information and advice for correct tax form completion.
• Answer client calls and questions, including future tax planning.
• Resolve client complaints or escalate as needed.
• Support team priorities through collaboration.

Skills you'll bring for success:

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Sales or marketing experience is a plus.
• Experience in accounting, finance, retail, bookkeeping, or tax is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus.
• PTIN Certification required.
