Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking an entry-level Systems Security Engineer to help develop embedded security solutions for DoD programs. You will work on Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity, Software Assurance, and Supply Chain Risk Management to support security on embedded weapons systems. This onsite role requires U.S.

citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance. As a member of the SSE team, you will participate in threat modeling, CPI assessments, and ensuring compliance with DoD licensing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer/Systems/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM field obtained by start date.
• Experience / coursework with System Security Engineering, Anti-Tamper, Cybersecurity, Embedded Systems Security, Embedded Hardware, Embedded Software, or Real-time Embedded Systems.

Responsibilities

• Support SSE solution implementation in Raytheon products to define requirements, solutions, trades, costs, and implementation strategies.
• Conduct attack threat modeling and CPI assessments.
• Ensure compliance with DoD technology release and export licensing policies.
