You will work with experienced engineers on design, testing, and manufacturing process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• 0-3 years of professional engineering experience.
• Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, devices, or equipment.
• Ability to follow procedures, protocols, and standard engineering practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience gathering, organizing, and presenting technical data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory protocols, perform testing activities, and collect data on new product development models.
• Support system design, concept generation, and engineering development activities.
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions.
• Conduct performance, reliability, and verification testing against engineering specifications.
• Evaluate system interactions and document test results.
• Analyze data and provide findings to project teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting to identify root causes and propose engineering solutions.
• Support development and improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Research technical literature and apply findings to projects.
• Monitor work quality and promote a 'Quality First Time' mindset.
• Present technical data and findings to team members and stakeholders.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and product performance.
• Participate in collaborative technical team activities and special projects.
