Job summary

Dexian is seeking a Loan Servicing Associate to support syndicated credit structures and bilateral loans for the Agency Servicing team. You will initiate fundings, calculate interest, reconcile daily cash movements, and interpret legal credit agreements with accuracy and clear communication.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks, and collaboration with legal staff, middle office, and lenders in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic to intermediate accounting knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate loan activities such as fundings, repricings, and payments in accordance with credit agreements.
• Calculate and monitor interest and fee accruals across rate levels and lender distributions.
• Reconcile daily funding and payment activities for accuracy in statements and ledgers.
• Read and interpret complex legal credit agreements and collaborate with legal staff.
• Reconcile automated funds transfers based on client and lender instructions.
• Monitor past due situations including principal, interest, and fees, and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Maintain records of margin adjustments and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Provide requested information to clients, business partners, middle office, or lenders.
• Update control reports and participate in system testing activities.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to credit agreement terms.
• Perform quality checks on new deals, restructures, and amendments.
• Support co-workers and contribute to various projects and tasks.
