Job summary

Precision Surveying & Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Construction Laborer / Survey Technician in Alabama. This entry-level position provides hands-on learning in land surveying, assisting the Crew Chief with fieldwork and data collection using GPS, robotics, and total stations.

You will work Monday–Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with possible Saturdays, 40 hours/week, and overtime as needed. A high school diploma, basic math skills, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions are required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills including measurement conversions and evaluation calculations.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Operate survey equipment including GPS, Robotics, and Total Stations.
• Assist Crew Chief with fieldwork and data collection.
• Learn surveying requirements and techniques.
• Maintain equipment and prepare for field operations.
