Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking an entry-level Surgical Instrument Repair Tech (SIRT I) to perform repairs, inspections and preventive maintenance on handheld surgical instruments. You will work under supervision to learn proper inspection and repair methods while supporting various sites and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in a customer-facing role or internship preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform routine preventive maintenance, inspection and repair on surgical instrumentation.
• Coordinate activities of subcontractors, vendors, and outside service technicians to ensure proper service delivery.
• Travel between TRIMEDX customer sites, hospital affiliates, and institutions for services is required.
• Maintain records in CMMS and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance.
