Job summary

Emerson is seeking a supplier quality professional in the United States who will establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, the commodity team, operations and design engineers to ensure material quality and on-time delivery. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain successful relationships with suppliers, commodity team, operations, and design engineers.
• Communicate Emersonsupplier performance expectations to suppliers.
• Support Operations in troubleshooting and resolving issues using Problem Solving process.
• Execute processes to quarantine, review, and disposition nonconforming to ensure material is available for production within 24 hours.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead supplier evaluation and approval activities using ESAC and PPAP Process.
• Actively participate in initiatives to ensure timely and effective supplier quality improvements.
• Take responsibility to monitor and improve key performance metrics.
