KL&A in Colorado is seeking engineers to work side-by-side with construction managers on economical, integrated projects. We are an employee-owned firm valuing trust, client relationships, and sustainability.

Applicants must have a Master’s in Structural or Architectural Engineering and an EIT license, with ability to work in the US without sponsorship, and be proficient in Revit and contract documents.

Required Qualifications:

• Able to work in the US now and in the future WITHOUT sponsorship
• Master's degree in Structural or Architectural Engineering
• Registered EIT license.
• Demand quality and continued improvement
• A passion for design and problem solving
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work in Revit and produce contract documents
• Dedication to client-centered service and technical excellence

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with Revit Structures or other 3D software
• Experience with analysis software such as RAM, RISA or ETABS
• Internship experience with a consulting or construction firm

Salary:

$70,000 to $76,000 Annually

• ~80% Employer Contribution Towards Medical Premiums (Employee and Family Plans)
