Job summary

American Regent Inc. is seeking an entry level Component Prep Technician I to join the Manufacturing Team. The role supports sterile pharmaceutical production, sanitization of controlled areas, and post-sterilization activities under supervision.

You’ll assist with component prep, deboxing, vial washing, logbooks and batch records per SOPs and cGMP. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in manufacturing preferred.
• Able to perform repetitive lifting, cleaning and stacking.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform sanitary cleaning and production prep tasks per SOPs.
• Complete logs, batch records and related documentation.
• Prepare materials and equipment for autoclaving and sterilization.
• Maintain clean room and follow cGMP requirements.
