Appone is seeking an entry-level Traffic Counter to install and service traffic counting equipment along major roadways. The role involves loading and configuring devices, collecting data, and supporting turning movement counts as needed.

The position offers 90% travel Monday–Friday with ~10% weekends, requiring endurance and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. A valid driver’s license and safety training are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with excellent driving record.
• Must pass background check.
• Must obtain a negative drug test prior to hire and maintain throughout employment.

Responsabilités

• Program and place traffic counting machines along interstate level roadways.
• Collect traffic counting machines at conclusion of counts.
• Download data from traffic counters to computer and prepare printouts.
• Conduct turning movement counts when requested.
• Maintain traffic counting equipment.
