Lord & Winter is seeking a motivated Staff Scientist I to support natural resource and environmental projects throughout Tennessee and the Southeast. This hybrid role includes a mix of field work, office collaboration, and remote work.

The position emphasizes wetland delineations, ecological investigations, and regulatory compliance, with opportunities to contribute to technical reports and project documentation across regional teams. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Natural Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of environmental consulting or natural resources experience.
• Strong technical writing and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
