Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an entry-level general helper to support production and supply chain activities across facilities in Washington. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist in setting up production areas, operate material handling equipment, and support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Flexibility for overtime and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand tools and assemblies is required.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.
• Clear communication in writing and speaking.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Office).
• Ability to climb ladders and work in restricted areas.
• Repetitive work with lifting up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up new production areas with tooling and equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
• Support 5S activities and continuous improvement.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; prevent FOD.
• Move parts and tooling between work centers.
• Work overtime, extended hours, weekends when required.
