Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically entry-level 0 - 2 years of experience.
• Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, ERP, MRP, MS Project, Excel.
• Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain efficient production schedules to meet goals and deadlines.
• Coordinate materials, resources, and labor with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics.
• Utilize MRP and ERP systems to manage production schedules and inventory levels.
• Analyze production data to identify scheduling and resource allocation improvements.
• Assist in developing and implementing production planning policies and procedures.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for production-related issues and present findings to stakeholders.
