What You’ll Do

• Speak with homeowners face-to-face
• Identify interest in solar (no technical selling)
• Qualify homes and decision-makers
• Schedule appointments for senior closers
• Track activity and results in CRM
• Follow Housebuildr systems and scripts exactly

You are responsible for activity → appointments → production.

Training & Support

• Script-based onboarding
• Daily roleplay & field coaching
• Proven talk tracks (you don’t freestyle)
• Leadership oversight and accountability
