Job summary

Envocore, LLC is seeking an entry-level Operations Field installer in Columbus, OH. You will support the installation of commercial and utility-scale solar PV systems, handling material staging, racking assembly, and module installation under supervision.

Responsibilities include site housekeeping, tool operation, and adherence to safety standards while traveling as needed by project requirements. High school or GED is required; OSHA 10 is preferred or obtainable after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel and work extended schedules as needed by project.
• Able to read safety procedures and basic construction drawings.
• OSHA 10 Certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of commercial and utility-scale solar PV systems.
• Unload, stage, inventory, and organize solar materials and equipment.
• Perform basic assembly and installation of racking systems and mounting hardware.
• Install photovoltaic modules in accordance with project drawings and manufacturer specs.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely; maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report safety concerns and installation deficiencies to project leadership.
