Tech9 is hiring a Software Engineer — SaaS Platform (Entry-Level) in Mesa, AZ. You will join a small, established team to help build a new multi-tenant SaaS platform using Node.js/TypeScript, React, and PostgreSQL, under founder guidance, gaining real production experience and enterprise-grade security exposure.

You’ll start with features, tests, and bug fixes, with increasing ownership as you prove reliability, while learning to evaluate AI-generated code in a heavily assisted workflow.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience building web applications.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and relational databases.
• Eagerness to learn security-first engineering habits and practice responsible AI-assisted coding reviews.
• Strong communication and self-directed learning mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build a multi-tenant SaaS platform (Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, React) from approved architecture.
• Implement features, write tests, and fix bugs with increasing ownership.
• Learn and apply security fundamentals (tenant isolation, RBAC, secrets management).
• Assist in maintaining a customized Odoo Enterprise deployment (Python) and help expand coding standards.
