Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• 0–2 years of software development experience (academic, internship, personal projects).
• Experience in C, C++, Python and shell scripting.
• Experience in Linux and Windows development environments.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Self-starter and team player in a fast-paced engineering team.
• Effective written and verbal communication; general office functions.
• U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain an Active Secret Security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, verify, sustain, and fully document software throughout its lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews to apply best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure software requirements are met.
• Support integration tests.
• Maintain software under rigorous configuration management.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
