  • Assist in developing, scheduling, and publishing content across company social media platforms.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and support community management initiatives.
  • Track and report on social media analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media content with campaigns and brand guidelines.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activity to inform content strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of professional writing, copyediting, or content creation experience (internships count).
  • Must-have: strong AP-style copy editing.
  • Must-have: experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok).
  • Must-have: proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Must-have: familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar.
  • Must-have: strong attention to detail and time management.

Salary

$70,000 — $80,000 USD per year, plus benefits.
