Job summary

FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is hiring for a full-time Sign Production Specialist to join our team. You will follow layouts to place vinyl and full-color graphics on substrates, prep surfaces, and ensure accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in sign production, a high school diploma, strong physical stamina, the ability to lift 50+ pounds, and a focus on quality. We offer competitive pay, snacks, a bonus, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sign production preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods (4+ hours).
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Able to lean over and apply vinyl with precise motions.
• Work well under pressure to maintain high output and quality.
• Capable of using light power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow a layout to place vinyl or full-color graphics on substrates.
• Prepare substrates for vinyl application: cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning.
• Weed excess vinyl and apply graphics with proper techniques.
• Operate and maintain printer(s).
• Perform quality checks by reading Work Orders and proofreading.
• Finish by laminating and mounting printed pieces.
• Report inventory levels and stock needs to the center/production manager.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
