Job summary

Namify, LLC is seeking a Shirt Press Specialist to ensure quality and accuracy of client orders, read proofs, and verify specs after printing and during packaging. This entry-level role includes heavy training and requires self-management, teamwork, and a strong desire to learn and improve processes.

The position is structured as full-time in a warehouse, with responsibilities across reviewing logos, packaging, and waste reduction while collaborating with multiple departments to meet client

Qualifications

• Must read and comprehend English work orders.
• Great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
• Able to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
• Must follow instructions, both written and verbal.
• Able to work under deadlines and quotas.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to stand 6+ hours daily.
• High School degree preferred; minimum 18 years old.
• Able to use computers.

Responsibilities

• Double check logos (color, placement, and quality)
• Package neatly and with correct corresponding order label
• Create minimal waste
• Function in a fast-paced environment
• Effective problem-solving skills
• Assist machine operators with maintaining constant machine operation
• Handle iPads and computers
• Follow standard processes set for each task
• Manage time efficiently
• Meet goals for each process assigned
• Work with management professionally to maintain quality and efficiency
• Ensure that all waste is reported accurately
• Communicate with other departments to meet customers’ needs
• Accept and apply feedback given by management and peers
• Learn multiple roles in the apparel line
