Job summary

Namify LLC seeks an Embroidery Specialist to quality check products, read proofs, and ensure specs are met after stitching and during packaging for client orders. This entry-level role includes heavy training and requires time management, teamwork, and a strong willingness to learn and improve processes.

The position reports to the Embroidery Manager and operates in a warehouse setting from 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States.
• Must perform Pre-Employment drug test.
• Experience pulling orders and packaging preferred, but not required.
• Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Bilingual preferred.

• Package neatly and with correct corresponding order label.
• Create minimal waste when processing embroidery.

SUMMARY:

The Embroidery Specialist is responsible for quality checking products and insuring quantities match on client orders. This individual will read proofs and ensure that all specs are met after stitching and during the packaging of product for Namify’s clients. The job is fast paced and challenging. This position is an entry level position with heavy training. This individual will work primarily between two stations. This individual must be able to manage their own time, take direction effectively, function as a team player, and have a high desire to learn and improve processes.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (Full-time)

WORK SPACE INFO:

This job operates in a warehouse environment which requires standing, moving, lifting, and operating machinery and computers. Personal Protection Equipment may be required. Safety training is mandatory and employees must be able to pass basic safety requirements.

TRAINING:

Training for this position will be completed by the department manager. Training will consist of education on key processes, preparation and staging requirements by customer, location of tools, supplies and materials. You will be trained on how to use the order interface, how to properly read orders and where to look for notes. Additional training will be completed as processes evolve or as required.

SAFETY:
