Job summary

Jiffy Lube in Oak Forest, IL is hiring a Service Technician. No automotive experience required; we train. You help customers feel confident in their vehicles and become fully cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service.

You will perform oil changes, fluid refills, basic maintenance, multi-point inspections, and keep accurate records while following all safety standards. Strong communication and teamwork are valued as you grow with us through paid training, bonus

Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb.
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
Participate in on-site and online training.
Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
Perform other assigned duties.
