Automotive Technician (Light Duty) – Full Time Location: Marshall, MN Company: Kal’s Motor Group

Kal’s Motor Group is looking to add a dependable, hardworking Automotive Technician to our Marshall service team. This is a full-time position with consistent hours and a strong team environment.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Position Overview

This role focuses on light mechanical work and general vehicle maintenance. We’re looking for someone who can jump in, keep jobs moving efficiently, and help deliver a great overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake jobs, struts, and suspension work
• Replace wheel bearings and perform basic mechanical repairs
• Assist with general vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Help support the front counter and customer service needs as necessary
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet shop productivity goals

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive repair preferred
• Must have your own tools
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to step in and assist customers when needed
