Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No certification or prior healthcare experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate interaction and companionship
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to care team
• Maintain a clean, safe, home-like living environment
• Follow resident care plans and state/federal guidelines
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership
