As an observe and report officer, you will monitor and report suspicious activity, hazards, or security concerns within the client's premises, maintaining alertness and professionalism to protect people and assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid California Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
• Must hold a BSIS Security Guard License or be eligible to obtain one.
• Applicants with VALID guard card are preferred.
• One year or more of security or patrol experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report safety hazards, property damage or suspicious activity for CIS Security clients.
• Complete all site duties and patrols.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to CIS Security and its customers.
