Job summary

CIS Security is seeking diligent and observant security officers to monitor and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security concerns within client premises in Hanford, CA. You will maintain alertness and professionalism to safeguard clients, employees, and assets.

Key duties include patrolling, documenting incidents, and delivering excellent customer service. A BSIS Security Guard License is preferred; weekend availability and swing shifts may apply.

Qualifications

Job description

We are seeking diligent and observant security officers to join our team. As an observe and report officer, your primary responsibility will be to monitor and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or security concerns within the client's premises. You will be expected to maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism while ensuring the safety and security of our clients, employees, and assets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Observe and report safety hazards, property damage or suspicious activity for CIS Security clients.
• Complete all site duties and patrols.
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain daily activity logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality of all information pertaining to CIS Security and its customers.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”)Security Guard License or be eligible to obtain a Security Guard License.
• Applicants with VALID guard card are preferred.
• Prefer one or more years' experience as a Security or Patrol Officer, but not required.

• Swing: may work 6 to 8hrs between 12:00 PM - 3:00AM

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: $16.90 - $21.00
