Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hiring Security Officers. The role involves patrolling client sites, observing and reporting incidents, and ensuring safety for people and property.

What?

• The pay range for these positions is $14.49-$16.00 per hour.

Who?

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a lifetime background check and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have excellent communication, customer service, and de-escalation skills.

• Position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
• Must be willing to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, a hard hat, and long sleeves.

All Security Positions are Full Time and Part Time – All shifts available (weekends included).

Must have excellent Customer Service skills.

Must meet mandatory state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check.

Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Job Requirements of the Security Officer

Security Officers / Security Guards observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel.

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and may include climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain for extended periods.

Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
