GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Melville, NY. You will deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding people and property across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role is part-time (Friday–Sunday, 4pm–12am) with an hourly wage of $19.50, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer matching, PTO, disability, life insurance, and uniform provided at no cost. Background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Able to pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• NYS security license
• Medical clearance required

Responsabilités

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• NYS security license
• Medical clearance required
