Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a dedicated Concierge Security Officer in Brentwood, NY. This part-time post requires strong customer service, access control, and incident response capabilities to welcome visitors and safeguard people and property.

Responsibilities include patrolling, reporting maintenance needs, and coordinating with emergency teams. A valid NYS security license and high school diploma are preferred, with background checks and screenings required after offer.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• NYS security license

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
