Citi Agency Lending is part of the Securities Services Business unit in Tampa, FL. The Sec & Deriv Intmd Assoc Analyst is an entry level role focused on processing orders and transactions from trading desks, in coordination with Operations - Transaction Services.

The role supports trade corrections, cash investment processing, reporting, and policy improvements while building knowledge of securities processing standards and risk controls.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Support Sec Finance Trading Desk with Trade Corrections, Trade Recalls, Return Processing, and Contract Compare
• Provide Cash Investment Support for Money Market Fund, Time Deposit, Repo, and Mutual Fund investment processing
• Contribute to the creation of customized reporting used to present information to management
• Support implementation of securities processing improvements
• Assist with identifying policy gaps and formulating policies that streamline related work processes
• Develop and use knowledge of securities, processing practices and standards
• Provide informal guidance or on the job training to lower level/new securities processing team members when required
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi, clients and assets while complying with laws and policy

Education
