Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic kitchen and food serving utensils and equipment.
• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions; perform routine mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and serving of food items in a school cafeteria or central kitchen facility; maintain equipment and facilities in a safe, clean, sanitary condition.
