Hampton Lumber in Randle, WA is hiring an Entry Level - Operator 1 for the Randle Division. The role focuses on keeping the facility clean to prevent safety hazards and supports sawmill and planer operations.

Expect general cleanup duties, debris removal, and eventual cross-training on larger production equipment. The position offers a full-time schedule with a 300 AM to 1:30 PM day shift (plus swing shift flexibility) and a starting wage of $23.34 per hour, about $48,547 annually before

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Completion of high-school or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Sawmill experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift 20–30 pounds on a continuous basis.
• Must be willing to work day or night shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep the facility clean to eliminate safety and fire hazards.
• Perform general cleanup: slabs, sticks, sawdust, chips and wood debris.
• Assist with dust mitigation and blow down tasks.
• Cross-train to operate some advanced production equipment in the facility.
