Job summary

SmartRoof is seeking a dynamic field-based roofing sales representative in Wayne, PA. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs for storm damage, and guide clients through insurance restoration to help them save on replacements. This role offers a strong career path from entry-level to leadership with training and support.

Year 1 earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, with significant upside in Year 2. Base pay plus commissions, paid training, trips, contests, coaching, and leadership

What You'll Do

This is a field-based roofing sales role. You'll meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process — helping them save up to 95% on a full roof replacement.
