Job Overview
As a full-time Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with new and existing customers to identify their home remodeling needs and provide solutions. After several weeks of training, you'll be set for success with top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This base-salary + commission role is the ideal launchpad into other positions in our business, which is why 90% of our senior leadership team started in this same role.
