Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships.

The candidate will learn the Employer Health Solutions business and progress toward a full Sales Representative position. We seek career-driven individuals with a bachelor’s degree and strong interpersonal skills, capable of working remotely within the continental

Responsabilidades

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn the Employer Health Solutions business and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs), analyze opportunities, and communicate with brokers regarding underwriting considerations and eligibility requirements.
• Support the sales team with prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination, follow‑up activities, and account management tasks.
• Participate in meetings with insurance brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training and on‑the‑job experience.
• Develop an understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand industry knowledge and relationships.
• Maintain accurate activity records and assist with sales reporting, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal business partners to support new business opportunities.
• Progress through a structured training program designed to prepare you for advancement into a full Sales Representative role.

• Exposure to insurance, healthcare benefits, underwriting, or financial services is helpful but not required.

This job is non-exempt in California and Washington.Business Unit:Great American Employer Health SolutionsSalary Range:$65,000.00 -$65,000.00
