Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our local team and help protect what matters for businesses and individuals.

You will build relationships, conduct needs-based consultations, and enroll clients in supplemental insurance programs, while participating in ongoing trainings and earning through commission-based pay with a first-week base draw option.

You’ll work directly with business owners, decision-makers, and individuals to educate them on benefits that help protect their teams, families, and themselves.
