Entry-Level Sales Representative

Compensation Overview

$3,900 Sign‑on Bonus* (paid weekly in $325 increments over 12 weeks of initial training, contingent on completion). Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Average earning potential: $72,000–$130,000 per year.

Role Summary

As a full‑time sales representative, you will be trained on all of Power’s products and develop interactive sales presentations that teach communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem solving. This role provides foundational education and experience for future career growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco‑friendly, green products and services to customers.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching on a weekly basis.
• Build teamwork and mentorship among peers.
