What You’ll Do

This is a lead generation role—no closing required. You’ll be out in the field creating opportunities and sparking interest by:

• Engaging with homeowners and share how solar can save them money
• Generate leads through field outreach, events, referrals and more
• Stay organized using your calendar and internal tools
• Representing Rooftop Power with a positive, professional attitude

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills and natural confidence
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet
• Willing to work evenings/weekends when needed
• Competitive mindset + a desire to learn and grow
