Job summary

Victory Home Remodeling seeks a Sales Development Representative to engage with customers, identify remodeling needs, and present solutions. After MBA‑style training, you’ll excel in communication, negotiation and presentation, with a base salary plus commission.

This role is designed as a stepping stone into leadership within the company. The position emphasizes being a brand ambassador, delivering superb customer service, and achieving ambitious goals while enjoying team support and growth

THE POSITION

Hiring Immediate - As a full-time Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with new and existing customers to identify their home remodeling needs and provide solutions. After several weeks of Victory's MBA-style classroom training, you'll be set for success with top-tier communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. This base-salary + commission role is the ideal launchpad into other positions in our business, which is why 90% of our senior leadership team started in this same role.

• Be our customers' first interaction with Victory, moonlighting as a brand ambassador and a company spokesperson.
