Entry Level Sales Representative

Power Home Remodeling invites you to apply for our Entry Level Sales Representative role.

The Sales Role

As a full‑time sales representative you will be trained in all of our products and will deliver interactive sales presentations, developing communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services to customers
• Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching camps on a weekly basis
• Team building and mentorship

Qualifications

• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
• Open-minded with a passion for learning a wide range of skills
• Outgoingly outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
• BA/BS preferred

Compensation

• $3,900 sign‑on bonus
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commission and bonuses
• Average earning potential: $72,000 – $130,000 per year

Sign‑on bonus paid weekly in $325 increments over twelve weeks of initial training. Full bonus contingent on completing training.
