Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the position involve?

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen use and gardening tools. The position offers a base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary as training is provided.

Compensation: Reps earn a $30.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a commission based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a steady income is assured even during off weeks.

Our company has trained successful reps for over 40 years. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field.

Long-term reps can pursue career paths in management or sales. We support flexible scheduling to accommodate various commitments, including part-time work, classes, or other jobs. Contact the manager about our summer work program.

Reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
