Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed; training is provided.
Reps are paid a $27.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or a performance-based commission. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.
We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales careers.
We help create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments. After training, reps work from home or locally. Most meetings and training are held in the office.
People with diverse backgrounds—retail, food service, administrative roles, landscaping, etc.—who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people, tend to do well.
