Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

What does the part-time position involve? Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on kitchen tools and gardening equipment. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly), which isn't dependent on sales or results, but performance-based incentives are available. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation: Reps are paid $27.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with a commission structure available based on performance. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training & Skills Development: We have over 40 years of experience training individuals for success. The skills gained—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any career. Long-term reps can pursue management or professional sales roles.

Flexible Scheduling: We assist reps in creating schedules that suit their needs. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Discuss our summer work program with the manager.

Work Environment: Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings and training sessions are held in the office.
