What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities involve working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and placing orders. Our products are used in the home, focusing on the kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales or results, but incentives are possible based on performance. No previous experience is needed; we provide all necessary training.

Reps are paid $27.50 per base appointment (not based on sales or results), with a commission structure available based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback ensures income even during off weeks.

We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. Even those who do not stay long-term gain valuable skills in sales, networking, and communication that are applicable in any field.

Long-term reps can pursue various career paths, including management and professional sales roles.

We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Contact our manager about our summer work program.

Reps work from home and locally after training; most meetings and training are held in the office.
