What does the part-time position involve? Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products are primarily used in the home, focusing on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, although performance-based incentives are possible. No previous experience is needed, as we provide all necessary training.
Reps are paid $25.00 per appointment (not based on sales or results), with an option for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a fallback income is available even during off weeks.
We have over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople. The skills developed—sales, networking, communication—are valuable in any field. Long-term reps can pursue management and professional sales careers.
We help our reps create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, fitting around classes, other jobs, or family commitments. Contact our manager to learn about our summer work program.
Sales reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training held in the office.
