What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a great starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No previous experience is needed; training is provided.

Compensation

Reps are paid $30.00 per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn commissions based on performance. There is an opportunity to earn more, but a fallback income is guaranteed even during slow weeks.

Training and Career Development

We have over 40 years of experience training successful reps. Skills gained are valuable across many fields, including sales, networking, and communication. Long-term reps can advance to management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We help create flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time or around other commitments. Reps work from home and locally after training. Most meetings are in the office.
