Entry Level Sales Rep, Work from Home Remotely

Responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in the home. The position offers a base pay (paid weekly) that isn't based on sales, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is needed, as we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid a $25.00 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can earn through a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a steady income is guaranteed even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

With over 40 years of experience training individuals, we help develop sales, networking, and communication skills valuable in any field. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule

We assist reps in creating flexible schedules. Some work full-time, others part-time, or around other commitments like classes or family. After training, most work from home or locally, with meetings and training held in the office.
